Director, Finance Strategy & Operations

Serve as a strategic operating partner to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Finance leadership team. This involves ensuring the Finance function has the rhythm, systems, and efficiency to scale in a fast-growing, global SaaS company. The role acts as the architect and operator for high-impact initiatives on behalf of the CFO, helping design, manage, and execute initiatives that keep the organization disciplined, efficient, and forward-looking. Responsibilities include leading a Program Management Office (PMO) for critical Finance and Accounting initiatives. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance accuracy, scalability, and efficiency, partnering with Finance leadership to ensure necessary systems and processes.
