Job Description
As Roofr embraces a shift-left testing approach, this position will evolve into a test management-based role. You will progressively take on leadership responsibilities, guiding development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage while remaining hands-on when needed.
You will drive testing architecture, improve quality assurance processes, and lead the transition to shift-left testing practices by implementing an automation-first culture. Your technical execution will involve building and maintaining comprehensive test suites for acceptance testing, covering all user stories and acceptance criteria. Conduct test automation efforts for web and mobile (PWA) applications, complemented by targeted manual validation to ensure comprehensive quality. You will develop automated tests using Playwright with TypeScript.
