- Lead operation, testing, and maintenance of broadcast equipment and systems.
- Drive improvements in system performance with IP, microwave, and LEO satellite solutions.
Troubleshooting & Mentorship:
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults using advanced analytical methods.
- Mentor and support junior Broadcast Engineers.
- Collaborate with contract engineers to accomplish critical objectives.
Compliance & Safety:
- Maintain expert-level understanding of FCC rules and regulations.
- Champion K-LOVE's Injury Prevention and Safety program.
- Serve as Chief Operator/Engineer for assigned stations.
