Role Summary:
- You will own uptime across the deployed fleet and troubleshoot hardware in the yard.
- You'll make each new site launch faster and more repeatable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor site uptime and drive repeat failures to zero.
- Troubleshoot edge compute, cameras, networking, and power remotely and on-site.
- Build configuration utilities and maintain documentation for kiosk deployments.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in systems or field engineering supporting production hardware.
- Hands-on Linux troubleshooting and networking knowledge.
- Scripting in Python or Bash and experience with IP cameras and access control.
