What You Will Be Doing:
- Set up and configure edge computers, cameras, and network switches; maintain Linux systems in the field.
- Travel to customer sites for on-site deployment, working with contractors and customer IT teams.
- Run pre-deployment assessments, track inventory, and support customers during and after deployment.
What We're Looking For:
- 0–3 years of experience in IT, system administration, or field engineering; comfortable on the Linux command line.
- Basic networking knowledge and hardware skills, with strong troubleshooting habits and clear communication.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner in new technical environments.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with IP cameras, NVIDIA Jetson, Ansible, Docker, or VPN tools.
- CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or a homelab you can tell us about.
Additional Requirements:
- Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; able to travel regularly and lift up to 50 lb.
