Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, install, and maintain end-user hardware and IT systems.
- Support servers, network equipment, and manufacturing IoT devices.
- Monitor and respond to alerts via ticketing and monitoring tools.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; IT degree preferred.
- Up to two years of IT support experience or related training.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and Windows Server.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, travel 40%, and work on-call.
- Must pass background checks and cannabis industry licensing.
