IT Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary IT contact for support requests across Whip and affiliated locations.
• Administer Google Workspace, Slack, and other collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate IT onboarding/offboarding and manage hardware lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in IT preferred.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and security fundamentals.

Work Environment:

• Primarily remote with occasional on-site work in active automotive repair environments.
• Exposure to moderate noise, dust, and varying temperatures at shop locations.
