Role Overview:
- This role provides first-line IT support to all employees in a remote-first environment.
- You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, provisioning, and managing systems and cloud services.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Provision equipment and user accounts, manage OS and cloud services.
- Support security initiatives and coordinate rollout of new tools.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of IT support experience with macOS and Windows.
- Knowledge of networking, cloud apps, and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong time management and communication abilities.
