Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of verifiable technology support experience; A+/Network+ certifications preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft/iOS, Active Directory, and basic networking.
Work Environment:
- Primarily remote, with periodic travel to headquarters and retail locations (1-10%).
- Full-time position with possible additional hours based on business needs.
