Manage and maintain MDM platforms, ensuring consistent performance across iOS, MacOS, VR and Android devices. Support the deployment, configuration, and management of mobile devices using industry-standard MDM tools. Administer and optimize Imprivata Mobile Access Management (Ground Control). Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues.

The Technology Delivery Analyst assists staff on technical issues related to hardware or software both onsite and remote. This role requires strong MacOS platform knowledge to support a mixed endpoint environment (Mac/PC). You will participate in hardware upgrades, system maintenance, installation, and support of business applications.

In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, excellent problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
