What You'll Do:

Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in creator sourcing or similar.
- Strong eye for talent and skilled negotiator.
- Comfortable with the technical side of creator management platforms.
Nice to Have:
- Experience using creator/influencer platforms.
- Background at a creator management agency, MCN, or talent representation firm.
- Familiarity with brand compliance and FTC disclosure requirements.
