The Scrum Master/Change Manager helps users utilize a Digital Workplace built on Microsoft 365.

- Enable staff to work more efficiently.
- Support collaboration and communication.
Responsibilities include:
- Translating technical concepts into simple language.
- Managing multiple priorities.
- Working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements include:
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Communications, Education, Change Management, or a related field; OR equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years demonstrated experience in digital adoption, user enablement, digital workplace consulting, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with organizational change and senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training and user support.
