ICOM Compliance Associate (US Hours)

At Third Bridge, the Compliance framework is an integral part of the business; as such they are looking to hire an Associate to join the Third Bridge Connections Compliance team in Mumbai. The main purpose of this role is to support the compliance requirements for the Connections business across international offices. This position is responsible for evaluating and approving a high volume of in-house research requests for compliance with internal policies and client-specific processes, and responding in a timely manner. This role answers internal queries on compliance decisions, escalating non-compliant or complex questions as needed and ensuring compliance with laws, internal procedures and client-specific processes. The position supports the US team for the working hours of Monday through Friday 9:30 pm to 6:30 am IST and is fully remote with the option to work from the Mumbai office once a month.
