Senior Machine Learning Engineer

What you'll be doing:

• Train, evaluate, and iterate on ML models for customer feedback, including custom fine-tuning pipelines.
• Build and maintain LLM-powered features like retrieval pipelines, reranking systems, and insight agents.
• Design and run robust evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and automate comparisons.

What you’ll need:

• Deep working knowledge of transformer architectures.
• Strong PyTorch skills with custom training loops and model modifications.
• Extensive experience with large-scale, real-world text data including classification and extraction.
