Account Executive

This is a remote position with up to 50% domestic travel required and candidates may reside in any state within the United States. The Account Executive will serve as the primary champion for Kaiser Health, setting direction for AbbVie’s market access objectives and providing oversight of account activities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing targeted account market access strategies, serving as lead negotiator of all direct customer contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with the account to manage day-to-day engagements and resolve issues. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, identifying new opportunities within the Kaiser account, and monitor key performance indicators. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years sales management experience, and proven capability in contract negotiation.
