Job Description
Product Strategy:
- Define and drive the vision and strategy for Talent Development employee experiences on the ServiceNow platform.
- Translate customer insights and business needs into a clear product roadmap with measurable success metrics.
- Conduct competitive analyses to inform product direction and differentiation.
Collaboration and Execution:
- Partner with researchers, designers, and stakeholders to ideate, test, and validate product solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering on release planning, execution, and risk management.
- Align priorities and expectations across business units and internal stakeholders.
Customer Focus:
- Develop a deep understanding of customers by creating personas, mapping use cases, and identifying key challenges.
- Experience turning customer insights into actionable strategies and successful releases.
- Partner with the Now-on-Now team to drive internal adoption and ensure alignment with best practices.
