Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops and architecture assessments to design Cisco ThousandEyes solutions aligned to client business and network topology.
- Serve as senior technical escalation point for complex BGP, routing, SD-WAN, and platform-level issues.
- Define reference architectures, deployment standards, and integration patterns.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of network engineering/architecture experience with 3+ years designing Cisco ThousandEyes deployments.
- Deep expertise in ThousandEyes test types, routing protocols, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity.
- Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, ThousandEyes API, and Terraform.
Compensation & Process:
- Salary range from USD $4,500 to $6,500 per month depending on seniority and skillset.
- Full-time contract through a payroll platform, working remotely allocated at the client.
- Steps include application review, screening, profile submission, client interview, and hiring.
