Senior Trademark Paralegal

About the Role:

• Alt Legal Assist provides managed trademark support to law firms and corporate IP departments.
• This role focuses on clearance, prosecution, and light litigation in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clearance searches and draft Office Action responses.
• Prepare USPTO filings and support TTAB proceedings.
• Manage client portfolios and communicate directly with clients and foreign associates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of trademark paralegal experience in a law firm or IP services environment.
• Experience with Office Action responses, clearance searches, and USPTO procedures.
• Strong written communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
