• Handle day-to-day trademark protection and enforcement, including clearance searches, risk assessments, and responding to USPTO Office Actions.
• Advise on trademark, copyright, and right of publicity issues, and draft agreements such as licenses, assignments, and settlement agreements.
• Support litigation counsel in oppositions, cancellations, and civil lawsuits, and oversee foreign counsel on enforcement activities.

• Work closely with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and other case filings.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and manage e-filing in state, federal, and appellate courts.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and prepare trial materials like exhibits and arbitration binders.
