About the Role:
- This is the first full-time procurement hire, reporting to the VP Finance and owning the entire process from design to execution.
- You'll have high visibility and ownership with a mandate for process optimization and savings.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle: intake, approvals, vendor onboarding, and contract coordination.
- Lead vendor management and renewals, assessing usage and alternatives for optimization.
- Partner with budget owners on negotiations, benchmarking, and forecasting.
What You Bring:
- 4-7+ years in procurement or vendor management in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment.
- Proven negotiation skills and experience with commercial contracts.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and using AI tools.
