Job Description
We’re scaling fast, and one of our core acquisition channels is paid ads. We’re looking for a focused, detail-driven Paid Ads Specialist to take full ownership of our Search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads. This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll live inside Google/Bing Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor: structuring campaigns, scaling what works, cutting what doesn’t, keeping everything clean and organized. You laser focused on what happens in the ad accounts, where we can expand & scale and are expected to act on performance data daily. Primary responsibilities include growing Creative Fabrica’s acquisition channels through high-performance Google Search and Bing Search campaigns; monitor and optimize campaigns daily against CPA targets; build and maintain keyword clusters, campaigns, and ad groups with clean, scalable naming conventions; identify and prioritise new opportunities by analysing search terms, performance data, market trends and by developing a deep understanding of our users and the content on our platform; expand proven, high-performing keywords to new geos and closely related themes; match ads to relevant, high-quality landing pages, flag missing content, and suggest new landing page opportunities.
