Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in selling enterprise databases to expand our customer base throughout India. Responsibilities include building a sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, developing and executing territory sales strategies to exceed revenue targets, and nurturing relationships with C-level executives. The candidate will collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to create compelling solutions, represent TiDB at industry events, and provide market intelligence to help shape the product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically selling database, data infrastructure, or related enterprise software solutions with a hunter mentality.
