Job Description
The Senior Manager of Finance Systems will lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and applications, including ERP, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools. The candidate will partner with finance and accounting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. They will manage a team of finance systems analysts, fostering their professional growth and development, and ensure data integrity and accuracy across all financial systems. Other responsibilities include developing and implementing best practices for system administration, security, and user support, overseeing system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, and collaborating with IT and other departments to integrate financial systems with other enterprise applications.
