Job Description
Respond to incoming customer service and technical support calls, managing all inbound emails and on-line chats with customers. Drive sales by providing technical part information, recommending replacement parts, looking for up-selling opportunities, providing pricing and accepting orders. Maintain product and customer knowledge – staying current with cutting edge technologies that impact your customers. Resolve customer complaints, answering customer requests, and taking corrective action as needed in regard to orders, product availability, pricing and shipments. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in your assigned territory. Supporting the Field Sales team with projects and sales opportunities.
