Job Description

This role involves building and strengthening the Project Management Office (PMO) by standardizing governance models and digitizing PMO processes. It requires driving hands-on project delivery, including developing project charters and maintaining accurate project dashboards. Duties also include portfolio leadership, translating institutional priorities into actionable projects, and ensuring portfolio visibility. Cross-functional collaboration with teams such as the ExCo and Legal teams is essential, building trust and facilitating alignment between strategic objectives and project execution. Lastly, capability building and culture development, training project leads on the unified delivery framework is a large part of the job, ensuring all groups are on the same page.
