Job Description
Seeking a Customer Care Team Lead to drive department KPIs and shape ZayZoon's Customer Care organization. You'll work cross-functionally, embedding a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities include leading a team focused on customer success, monitoring performance, providing support through 1:1s and coaching, establishing team goals, assisting in report creation, monitoring customer care queues, coordinating new hire training, owning escalated customer communications, providing input on scheduling, and supporting cross-functional projects.
Must have 4+ years in support with inbound communication and 2+ years in people leadership. Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Jira, or HubSpot is needed.
