OWA Latin America Membership Lead

The Open Wing Alliance (OWA), a program of The Humane League, is a global coalition uniting animal protection organizations to end the abuse of chickens worldwide, primarily by eliminating battery cages through cage-free policies. As the OWA Latin America Membership Lead, you'll support Latin American OWA member groups, including recruitment, onboarding, and communication. The role focuses on expanding OWA's presence in Latin America, developing relationships with partner organizations, and empowering OWA member groups to advance institutional cage-free work. Core responsibilities include researching and recruiting new member organizations, leading onboarding, ensuring OWA members have necessary support and resources, mobilizing groups around campaigns, and facilitating communication. Represent The Humane League and the Open Wing Alliance at international conferences and networking events.
