Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and record journal entries and perform account reconciliations to support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
  • Maintain accounting records and supporting schedules ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies.
  • Prepare monthly accounting and analysis for gross patient revenue, including contractual allowances, refunds, bad debt reserves, and other gross-to-net revenue adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required with 1–4 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and knowledge of month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
