New Accountant

The Accounts Receivable Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate AR records, ensuring timely reconciliation and revenue processing. This role contributes to the financial integrity of the organization, supporting month-end and year-end closings, audit preparation, and intercompany coordination. The AR Accountant will work closely with the Financial Controller, internal teams, and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. Key Responsibilities include performing account receivable accounting functions, maintaining records in NetSuite, preparing general ledger reports, assisting with balance sheet analysis, and conducting reconciliations. Additional tasks involve coordinating with other departments, managing intercompany transactions, assisting in audit processes, ensuring compliance, and providing ad hoc reports.
