Job Description

Scale our customer advocacy programs by driving the creation and optimization of our operational engine. This role is responsible for creating and refining content workflows, producing a high volume of customer content, and ensuring the efficient amplification of the customer voice across various channels. The Customer Advocacy Program Manager will drive content production, manage workflow & operations, provide customer engagement support, maintain brand & compliance, manage reporting & analysis, and support events. This includes drafting quotes, testimonials, and case studies, managing content workflows, supporting customer programs and reference databases.
