The Role:
- Lead the operating nerve center of a modern Platform org, owning systems, cadences, and discipline.
- Work directly with the Chief Platform Officer to give leadership visibility into what's on track, at risk, and needs a decision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own quarterly and annual roadmap planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and executive updates.
- Build the intake framework and end-to-end development process with estimation discipline.
- Manage budget, resource tracking, platform metrics, vendor coordination, and central function conduit.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in PMO leadership or senior operational role inside a product/tech organization.
- Proven track record building operating models from the ground up and facilitating decisions.
- Strong data fluency and cross-functional communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total cash compensation $175,000-$210,000 USD plus incentive opportunities.
