About the Job:
- Help the Revenue Operations team scale efficiently by driving cross-functional programs.
- Turn strategic priorities into structured plans and data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic RevOps initiatives with clear milestones and owners.
- Establish program governance and operating rhythms.
- Manage risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in program/project management or operations, ideally in RevOps.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with PM tools and B2B SaaS.
Benefits:
- Pay range: $116,000 - $187,660 USD.
