Role Overview:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Design VP and leadership team, driving communication and operating cadences.
- Lead initiatives to improve clarity and alignment, enabling the design organization to scale through growth.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of program management experience in mid/large companies, ideally on a product design team.
- BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, CIS, MIS, or equivalent.
- Experience managing large projects with cross-functional teams.
