Senior Vice President - Finance, Americas

As the Senior Vice President of Finance for the Americas, you will offer strategic financial leadership for the Americas Business Unit. Reporting to the Corporate Executive VP of Finance, you will collaborate with the Americas COO and senior leadership to improve financial reporting, visibility, and systems, while steering long-term decision-making. Key responsibilities include overseeing accounting and finance operations, financial and tax reporting, financial planning and analysis, and managing incentive compensation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial performance and growth. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term goals and lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning. Provide strategic leadership across FP&A and Accounting functions to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Oversee monthly and quarterly planning and closing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial integrity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to drive operational and financial outcomes and ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements with GAAP/IFRS standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, remote finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
