Job Description

Work with your squad in an Agile manner to lead domain-driven projects with risks and/or complexity that impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service objectives. Drive timely/quality delivery against business goals, while evangelizing and improving engineering excellence. Works independently with guidance only in complex situations and determines process improvements. Develop new concepts, methods, and techniques by staying up to date with current technologies in the field. Given a piece of the system, they will be able to dissect it and understand how it flows, beyond their own code, companies, and third parties' code. Develop and implement code that is clean, efficient, and well-documented, adhering to team standards. Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and does testing. Eliminates manual testing as much as possible. Work closely with business, Product management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA, Architects, and Cloud Engineering team to facilitate smooth rollouts across AWS environments, ensuring alignment with project goals and operational needs. Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes to streamline releases and maintain consistency across environments including the success of the entire project in programming decisions.
