The Role:
- Lead project finance underwriting, capital formation, and transaction execution across Encore's solar and storage portfolio.
- Drive financing transactions from initial evaluation through closing while managing relationships with banks, tax equity investors, and institutional capital providers.
Who You Are:
- Experienced finance professional with 8+ years in project finance, M&A, or investment banking and deep U.S. renewable energy expertise.
- Strong commercial judgment, advanced modeling skills, and the ability to lead complex transactions and mentor junior team members.
