Qualifications:
- 10 years of directly related experience with people management responsibilities or equivalent combination.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership in technical recruiting, with expertise in Technology and AI talent acquisition in high-growth environments.
- Strong command of AI-enabled recruiting tools, talent analytics, and modern sourcing strategies to improve efficiency.
