About the Role:
- IPSY is looking for a detail-driven CRM Marketing Specialist to support resubscription and acquisition lifecycle programs.
- You'll work closely with the CRM team to execute multi-channel campaigns across email, push, and SMS.
- This is a hands-on execution role at a high-volume, fast-moving moment for the subscription business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Execute and schedule multi-channel campaign sends across email, push, and SMS.
- Support test ideation and contribute to ongoing optimization strategy.
- Write campaign briefs, partner with Creative on asset development, and own the approval process.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3–6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing.
- Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns and using enterprise ESPs.
- Solid understanding of segmentation, targeting, and triggered journeys.
