About the Role:

  • IPSY is looking for a detail-driven CRM Marketing Specialist to support resubscription and acquisition lifecycle programs.
  • You'll work closely with the CRM team to execute multi-channel campaigns across email, push, and SMS.
  • This is a hands-on execution role at a high-volume, fast-moving moment for the subscription business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Execute and schedule multi-channel campaign sends across email, push, and SMS.
  • Support test ideation and contribute to ongoing optimization strategy.
  • Write campaign briefs, partner with Creative on asset development, and own the approval process.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns and using enterprise ESPs.
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, targeting, and triggered journeys.
