Vice President, Engineering

As VP of Engineering, you will set a clear vision for Engineering and align it with company priorities and product strategy. You will drive high velocity, AI-forward product delivery in a lean and distributed environment while leading and developing a globally distributed team of Engineering Managers and ICs, fostering autonomy, trust, and performance. Establishing systems for accountability, clarity, and consistent quality across pods and platforms is important.
