Drive business growth of the da Vinci program by communicating the value of da Vinci surgery to customers reporting to the Clinical Sales Manager. Working with various functions within the company and aiming for business success. Driving utilization of the da Vinci by providing clinical and system support with OR case procedures in assigned territory. Providing support at symposiums, exhibitions, and market development events. Effectively integrating the da Vinci at new customer sites by implementing robotic programs to ensure ongoing commitment to the system. Conducting da Vinci system training for surgeons and hospital staff (Delivery of system in-service and on-site training to specific levels of surgical team). Providing mentorship and onboarding support to new hires. Responsibility with key accounts. Responsibly managing administrative tasks. Partnering with capital team to resolve customer issues related to contracts and services. Working with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager in developing a sales plan tailored to your local market. Becoming a clinical expert across all primary OR procedures to position yourself as a partner in the development of surgical teams.
