Unemployment Insurance Claims Manager

We're looking for a dynamic leader to guide our Claims team toward excellence. You'll ensure performance goals, service levels, and quality standards are consistently met while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work remotely and reporting to the Director of Unemployment Claims. As the Unemployment Insurance Claims Manager you will lead and Inspire by providing full leadership support to the Claims team increasing accountability and professional growth. You will improve operations by overseeing daily workflows, claim volumes, and processing timelines to maintain peak efficiency and quality. You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex claim scenarios and team concerns, offering clear guidance and solutions. Ensure Compliance by maintaining adherence to internal audit standards and regulatory requirements. Guide Strategy by sharing insights with senior leadership on team performance, client trends, and operational challenges to shape future plans. You will also Innovate & Improve by identifying and implementing process enhancements that boost efficiency and team effectiveness.
