Senior Analyst: Consulting + Medicaid

This role will focus on ATI’s work with state Medicaid agencies, foundations, and other clients to develop and implement innovative solutions across Medicaid delivery systems. This person will partner with senior leaders to drive high-quality project work for state Medicaid agencies and other Medicaid-aligned clients, apply in-depth knowledge of Medicaid policy and operational principles to project work, conduct Medicaid policy research, assess state program environments, and develop practical recommendations for policy design and implementation. The candidate will create polished, client-ready deliverables, manage timelines, track deliverables, coordinate team inputs, and uphold project standards for quality and value. They will also participate in client meetings, present findings, respond to evolving needs, and help drive client decision-making, as well as contribute to ATI’s thought leadership.
