As a Policy Specialist, support the United States Postal Service (USPS) to assess, adjudicate, and update/redraft all USPS policies to eliminate unnecessary policies and streamline operations. The Policy Specialist will review all USPS policies to determine regulatory and legal obligations, alignment with commercial best-practices, and union contract implications and provide recommendations to USPS stakeholders.

As a Research Associate you will be a part of the Professional Services team, working directly with policy consultants and other team members to ensure clients receive timely information about legislative and regulatory issues that impact our clients’ businesses. You will be independently reviewing and reading lots of qualitative information/policy and deciding if it meets our criteria.
