Director: Consulting - Medicaid

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of policy, strategy, and client delivery and who is motivated by the opportunity to influence how the health system serves people with complex needs. A successful director will drive high-quality project work for state Medicaid agencies and other Medicaid-aligned clients. They will apply in-depth knowledge of Medicaid policy and operational principles to project work, including those related to Medicaid market intelligence, Medicaid authorities, delivery systems, payment and financing strategies, and program implementation. The director will conduct Medicaid policy research, assess state program environments, and develop practical recommendations for policy design and implementation. They will analyze legislation, regulations, and policies, create polished, client-ready deliverables, and lead and manage multiple complex projects end-to-end. The director also identifies new scopes and opportunities, manages and mentors staff, and contributes to ATI’s thought leadership.
