Consulting & Business Partnership:

  • Serve as the primary L&D partner for Technology leaders to establish learning priorities aligned with delivery goals.
  • Conduct structured needs assessments to identify root causes of development needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Agile Enablement & Practice Development:

  • Design enablement to strengthen core technical concepts like MVP, iteration, and estimation practices.
  • Create reusable toolkits and job aids that support practical on-the-job application of skills.
  • Partner with leaders to embed learning reinforcement into team operating cadences and routines.

Program Design & Measurement:

  • Own the end-to-end design, delivery, and iteration of an enablement portfolio using strong project management.
  • Define success measures and evaluation plans to track reaction, learning, behavior, and results.
  • Use feedback and data to improve programs and provide executive-ready updates on impact and recommendations.
