Field Autoverification Consultant

The Field Autoverification Consultant position optimizes a customer’s clinical laboratory goals, with a specialization in autoverification. This position’s primary responsibilities are to provide consulting services to customers and facilitate the implementation, training, and use of autoverification. Determine customer needs and set appropriate installation expectations including project management; monitor project statuses through regular updates; ensure collaboration occurs between customers, Roche, and vendors. While a majority of the work can be performed remotely, this position requires approximately 33% travel, including overnight travel, to customers located across the US. The position requires candidates to reside no more than 50 miles from a major metropolitan US airport.
