Job Description
As a Part-time Client Experience Agent at Yardzen, you’ll help clients get the most out of our service. You’ll support customer education, identify experience trends, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve and scale how we serve our community. You will respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You will troubleshoot issues related to design, deliverables, and timelines, escalating when needed. You'll ensure a high level of client satisfaction through clear, proactive communication at every stage of the Yardzen experience. You'll also track client progress through key project milestones and proactively address any roadblocks to keep projects on track.
