Role Overview:
- Provides operational and consultative HR support to assigned departments or service lines.
- Partners closely with managers and supervisors to implement HR programs, policies, and processes.
- Focuses on day-to-day HR execution and employee relations support of moderate complexity.
Responsibilities:
- Builds strong working relationships with leaders and supports workforce initiatives.
- Escalates complex or high-risk matters as appropriate to ensure proper handling.
- Develops increasing proficiency across HR disciplines while gaining strategic experience.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree and two to four years of Human Resources professional experience.
- Experience must include employee relations, leadership development, and performance management.
- This remote position requires residency in the states of Kentucky or Indiana.
