Human Resources Business Partner

Role Overview:

• Provides operational and consultative HR support to assigned departments or service lines.
• Partners closely with managers and supervisors to implement HR programs, policies, and processes.
• Focuses on day-to-day HR execution and employee relations support of moderate complexity.

Responsibilities:

• Builds strong working relationships with leaders and supports workforce initiatives.
• Escalates complex or high-risk matters as appropriate to ensure proper handling.
• Develops increasing proficiency across HR disciplines while gaining strategic experience.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and two to four years of Human Resources professional experience.
• Experience must include employee relations, leadership development, and performance management.
• This remote position requires residency in the states of Kentucky or Indiana.
