SEC and External Reporting:
- Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K, and support other filings like proxy statements and registration statements.
- Coordinate and review XBRL and iXBRL tagging and other aspects of the external filing process.
Technical Accounting and Equity:
- Research and document accounting positions on complex transactions, preparing technical accounting memoranda that support well-reasoned conclusions.
- Administer equity activity through Shareworks or similar platforms, including grants, RSU vesting, option exercises, and related reporting.
Internal Controls and Audit:
- Help design, document, and execute the Company's ICFR program, managing day-to-day operation of key controls.
- Serve as key day-to-day contact for external auditors during quarterly reviews and the annual audit.
Qualifications and Work Environment:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred, with 6+ years of progressive financial reporting experience.
- Fully remote role with quarterly travel for company offsites; must be a U.S. person able to meet DOE Export Control requirements.
