Associate Renewals Manager

What You'll Do:

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals, tracking key dates and driving on-time closure.
• Consult with customers to understand product usage and uncover expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and send renewal quotes, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
